CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin is a popular research peptide combination (often called a GH stack) designed to synergistically stimulate growth hormone (GH) release from the pituitary gland.

CJC-1295 (with or without DAC) is a long-acting Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH) analog that extends the duration of GH pulses. Ipamorelin is a selective Growth Hormone Secretagogue (GHS) that mimics ghrelin, promoting pulsatile GH release with minimal impact on cortisol or prolactin.

When combined, they are studied for amplified, more natural GH secretion patterns compared to either peptide alone.
